Pincock, Allen & Holt (PAH) stated that it prepared a limited review of the
Haber Gold Process in 1985, in which it did not run the pilot plants as
indicated in the Haber, Inc. and Orex Gold Mines Corporation press release on
Wednesday, March 24, 1999. PAH observed pilot plant testing conducted by
others and received certain samples to be submitted to an independent
laboratory for analysis of gold content. These were the only means PAH had to
analyze the process and were not provided with the composition of the
proprietary lixiviant used in the process. PAH has had no further involvement
with the Haber Gold Process since it's review of the process 14 years ago.

Francis ... I like a stock that is a great deal when it "Goes Down." It turns the muscles in the corner of my mouth up. The more a stock goes down like this the more I smile.

Why? Because I invest based on R E S E A R C H.

Anytime someone wants to sell me a 5 spot for a quarter, .... shees I scramble to dig up the quarters and smile all the way to the bank!
