this shows that someone at Nesbit is picking up the shares and accumulating at this level. I was hoping the floor was going to come down with the lack luster financial results. SSX is smart to expense the heavy R&D in the first quarter when oil has not yet fully recovered. that way, when the industry picks up, there won't be that expense against income. It's like pulling your skeletons out of the closet up front and then they are dealt with. I view this as a smart long term strategic move from some smart management, that is in for the long term best interests of shareholders. I still think this thing would come down a bit if Nesbit would get smart and pull their bids.
