Started watching this stock back when recommended in the S&P newsletter that comes with my monthly Fidelity account info. The strategy of fixed-price contracts intrigued me as very attractive to clients.

A few weeks later, I was talking to someone who had dealt with CATP as a consultant, and they mentioned CATP's use of "buffers" in their project management process. This sounded very much like the Theory of COnstraints-based Critical Chain project management methodology which is starting to grab a lot of attention in the PM world for helping deliver more speed and reliability. (Disclaimer -- I'm a TOC consultant, and some of my clients are having significant success with the approach.)

The big drop grabbed my attention, watched to see if it came back in any significant way, and decided to get in at 15.

Hope you folks are right about 20 by summer, but if my suspicions about the project management issue are correct, I think I'll be in for the long haul.
