1.- I can take the heat. I dislike the present DGIV price intensly, but I will stand it out. I do not hype this share, this is self evident.

2.- The fact that you state that I hype DGIV speaks of you intentions and not of me...I think that he/she who wants to buy should. He who wants to sell, should.

3.- I feel strongly that this price bears no relationship with what I imagine the fundamentals of the Co. to be. Given that it is a non-reporting Co. we will have to live with the fact that we will be informed when the Co. feels it is appropiate. I accept this.

4.- When I met Jimmy Chin in December I told him that I thought that it was a grave mistake to have announced SB-10 and not deliver it.

IMO filling does not always help a business decision or makes for better investor decisions. I have seen shares like GARD or USAT report anything: I have no employees, I just did a 150 to 1 reverse split, I have a negative shareholders equity of $700K, etc etc.

Filling does not add but does substract. You don't do it and POS like L.E. or Stock Detective go on and on that the Co. does not report. You do it and no one gives you anything special. FTEL is right now at $3 and was $2.x a few days ago.

I also told Jimmy that I thought that his business model was doable and that I respected and admired his intensity and courage to try to implement it.

I stand by my words today, even with this lousy share price.

5.-Enjoy your moment of glory as the price of this share falls!!!Please enjoy it!!! Don't write that you are sorry for DGIV investors but not sorry for me and nonsense of this kind (playground Paul did it already).
