That's a good question. I looked at the FAQs page but could not find an answer. I assume it would not be a problem for non US citizens owning shares once it is a public company. That might be the way to go.

There are definitely restrictions that apply. In general, though, US residents should have no problems buying nodes either for themselves or in trust for minors. For the private placement, all the "normal" restrictions apply. All this is spelled out in the literature we will be sending out to people who have requested it via our web site.
