Dear Mr. Razorback, I will not dignify your comments with a response. It just so happens that I have been busy this morning and the reason I have been busy is that I have just been hired asthe Public Relations director for Funphone.com and I have just received my paperwork back that I sent inthis morning and I have already signed up for the private placement offering and I have already wired my money to the company and I already have the shares being sent to me fedex. I cannot answer any quetions right now because I am being briefed this afternoon by Mr. Bruce as to what I am supposed to say and what I am supposed to not say and so on. But I can say this, I am happy with the way the products is working and I am happy to be workingfor this company which unlike you I am. Good day sir. P.s.
