Hello 'The charming' Mr. Wexler:

I wonder if the Kashoggi who is chairman is related to the Saudi Adnan Kashoggi who ran a long term real estate paper chasing empire back in the early 80', if I recall. A very involved paper empire that through myriads of corporate entities and cross-transactions ultimately separated assets from debts, leaving a trail of burned debt-holders. Then Adnan missed some call for money and his billionaire-ness was exposed, things unraveled badly. I think he may have then gone on the run. Supposedly he bankrolled his dealings from being strategically positioned in most Saudi arms deals. Anyway, what is Essam known for?

For 100M shares outstanding, 13M float, and 3M short, and already trading in 8's, wouldn't 10+ be a better shorting price than now? Where do you see the compelling force to go below 5?

Best regards.,
(not known as 'The charming') m

In the words of Mr. Pink, that looks like a definite t3/f rated stock.
