rtroup,
I think you will find the Kim family owns about 75% of the stock. That is some very deep management involvement. I believe Mr. Kim is very active in the company.

rtroup - I belive closed period starts 30 days before end of quarter

This also might explain the 100,000 share sale at 03/31 market close. They have something like 25 days or so to report insider trades, so we will have to wait and see if it shows up in insider trading.

Maybe someone needed some dough. They're only human.

The quiet period does not relate to 'previously announced' announcement.

I, for one, am expecting a very unexciting announcement.

We'll see. These people don't seem to care about stock price. Maybe they have good reason. After all, Kim family still holds 75% of the company, and they can't sell those shares until July, at the earliest.

They have nothing to gain by pumping the stock. So don't expect any move in this stock before then.

The stock seems to love $14!!, maybe a little sentimental about its original offering price, huh?
