I like the management style right now as well. Bottom line is that we have three things going for the company right now that are necessary to turn Touchstone around:

1) Aggressive: breaking even with no significant revenue growth and not enough vision (Not worth saying past CEO's weren't good etc, but results speak for themselves) vs actively pursuing revenue growth, marketing channels, with consistency, base revenues of merger appear solid.

2) Honesty: Not turning over old stones here, but I was none to pleased with some misinformation and I also have to say that the insider selling before the bad quarter didn't leave a pleasant taste. I think continued honesty and forthright statements with shareholders will go a long way towards reducing hype and increasing facts (best way bar none)

3) Vision: I think Ken Forbes had this as well, I'm not really sure, but Mr. Narath seems to have vision about what it takes to turn cash and assets into profit. We'll see, but like I have said before, his chips are on the board with mine.

I am looking for a few things myself:

Continue expansion of marketing channels
Solidified partnerships with larger brother companies
Continued honesty, what they say equals what happens (public knowledge type info/investor relations info)
Any other insider buying

It shouldn't take much to turn this ship around, which is a nice possibilty that I was concerned in Early January wasn't going to happen. I had a similar software company really take off, and they don't have near the cash as Touchstone with single digit earnings (ROMT, now EGAM, 1.50 to 5, now settled at 3+) Insiders bought that one as well. Again I've been on this horse cart with a reasonable holding for a LONG time. I am really glad to see the changes because I agree with what Dave Cook has said over and over, that if the company takes such and such steps, this stock will move. Anyway, I'm glad I have something to write about on this board again, for that I can thank Mr. Narath.
