I know that this thread is mainly devoted to the cheaper stocks, and most of my plays involve bigger more stable issues... but EBLD may be interesting to some here. It may be a bit late, it may not. I would have mentioned it here earlier, but my account was temporarily out of order. EBLD has a very cool site and some great news (from a few weeks back) LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--March 19, 1999-- Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. (www.entertainmentblvd.com; NASD OTCBB EBLD), host of streaming content programming via the Internet, today announced that it has entered into an agent agreement with EarthLink (Nasdaq:ELNK - news), one of the leading Internet service providers, to sell Internet access to Entertainment Blvd. customers. MARINA DEL RAY, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--March 24, 1999-- Entertainment Boulevard (OTC BB:EBLD) (www.entertainmentblvd.com) has signed a letter of intent for a stock acquisition of The eMarket Group, the parent company of eMerchandise.com (www.emerchandise.com). The terms include both cash and stock in Entertainment Boulevard (NASD OTC BB:EBLD). The acquisition will substantially increase the revenues to Entertainment Boulevard. LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--March 31, 1999--Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. (NASD OTCBB:EBLD), operators of entertainment websites including Vidnet, Screen Clips, ComedyNet, and Pro Sports Net has announced a strategic alliance with Dimension Music, a website dedicated to promoting music through the MP3 standard. The pact positions Vidnet as the exclusive online music video provider to the Dimension Music website. This last news item isnt exactly big news, but it shows that they are into the right things.. MP3 is a smart move for them. As I said I usually play the bigger stocks, but this (and a few others) seem very strong to me, and I have been in for a while. It's been creeping up from 1 3/4 (last week) and may be getting ready to move some more. By the way, MPEG looks interesting .... I need to look into it further, but promising. MG
