You said, "...and other MM's accepting the same price but ignoring yours." This has happened to me a few times, but since I'm a newbie, I assumed that I was mis-reading the situation. Isn't this a violation of the SEC order of 1996/1997 requiring MM's to honor the highest bid or the lowest ask?
