I know I said I was going to post my thoughts on things here... this 10K complicates things...

so I'll try and find some time tonight to look over things and post but my initial reaction is not good... at least for shareholder return anyway...

I dont think the selling is over... but I equally remain confident about the business model here and the alliances the company has set forth..

TSIG can be successful and make lots of money, but that doesn't mean the shareholders will... honest and open communication is a MUST with penny stocks... I should know as I've bought into a number of bad investments... and as a result recently filed Chapter 7 bankrupty..

so if anything, DONT listen to me... I dont have a clue...

but I will be back ... I've been here (although silent) since March of 1998.. so if anything thinks I'm negative on this company or shorting or just here to upset people... please understand I am not... long term aspects haven't changed.. just the short term... I'll be back to discuss just how much I think this news has set us back... and hopefully REW and MARTY and the others will have some positive and constructive observations to share as well... take care
and just for the record... if you can't afford to invest in penny stocks (and I should never have)... then dont... look at mutual funds like JANUS and no load funds.. and fixed income funds.. etc... blue chips have been solid... MSFT, CSCO, ATHM, etc... just be smart all... you can make and lose money in everything... way the risks and the potential rewards and know what you're getting into...

hoping for the best here for us all,

jim

ps.. if this msg comes across as being negative or slamming... I'm very sorry... that's not the message I wanted to portray...
