TJ:XNET:Here is a nice summary. Talk : $5 and Under : Xin Net Technologies - BB: XNET - The Next Internet Stock? To: wiley murray (690 ) From: Fatt Matt Thursday, Apr 1 1999 7:24PM ET Reply # of 691 XNET- (many thanks to Francois for aiding me in research) This stock has performed nothing short of amazing for Club Fatt! We have been on this stock for over 2 weeks now. The word is now beginning to get around, obviously, as the price indicates. Not everybody knows about it yet though. It will hit many radars over this long weekend, which will trigger questions, and new research developments by new investors. Allow me this time to explain XNET to a few of the new members. XNET is called Xin Net. XNET is a Chinese ISP that services 2 major cities at this point. They are rapidly expanding into 4 other areas and possibly 5. The company has been profitablie since 1997 (when it was private). As you can tell, there has been one news release on this company. Obviously, the CEO is not trying to HYPE this stock and company, which triggers the Club Fatt! alert! I like these kinds of stocks. They are a solid company with rapidly growing revenues, earnings (amazing for an interet stock!), and customer base. XNET is not just in the business of Internet providing. They provide many fax, email, telephone services that have not been talked about much, but are very imporant assets. Some PR will be out soon, addressing these issues. They have many customers in these different areas. The Chinese internet market is expected to grow by a multiple of 5x the US markets. China is the most populous country in the world, so there is a huge market. China is not used to the Internet. It is in the embryotic stage and is rapidly growing. Major companies such as DELL, IBM, MSFT all have invested money in China and its Internet technology. DELL has seen sales increase by 70%. This is their quickest growing sector. What do computers need? Yes, Internet Access! XNET should not be confused with XCELLENT NET, as that was the previous owner of the symbol. Those SEC filings are not for the same company!!! XNET should be filing for a listing on the NASDAQ soon, as that would increase value and add new investors. A filing date would seem logical for around April, as many companies do their filings then. Watch for an announcement. The current share situation is: Oustanding: 14 million Float: 2 million This indicates that on NEWS it will move fast and steady and that Insiders are NOT SELLING. This is great to know. This means that the insiders beleive in where this stock is going. XNET is like a baby way ahead of its time. It has its foot in all the right places, and is way ahead of its time, but it just needs to grow. But the great thing is: IT IS GROWING VERY QUICKLY Go baby! :) The CEO is a very bright man who has positioned XNET well, IMO. He sees where the growth is at and has placed XNET in those markets. Whats new @ XNET?? Well, in the works, we have a potential portal site (huge), a new investor website (sideliners will jump in when they see the numbers), and many more PRs explaining the many new developments that have been taking place @ XNET, including expansions into other major cities. Remember, he is not hyping this company, and is sold on solid growth. My kind of guy! There is so much more to XNET. It is a quality company that is finally getting the kind of recognition it deserves. For a full report on XNET, go to my website (address @ top). As you all know, the stock has surged lately. We have not seen many shorters move in to this stock. They will typically come in and try to scare you out of your shares. Maybe they have done their HW! Don't let these guys scare you. They use emotions and fear to scare you. Most of the time they have nothing to prove what they are saying. You know they are morons if they have to use cussing and outrageous claims like BAD NEWS coming, or SCAM, etc. You all know what this company truly is. USe common sense! Please notify me if you find a short, as I would like to talk to them and ask them WHY they are short. I mean, what the heck is the upside for a short position on a $3 stock? Always use logic and if you do respond, always include links to let them read. This will typically work and drive them away. But, again! the great thing is that we have not seen many yet! Will probably see some come though, so be prepared.
