I don't like that idea!
I don't own but 300 shares of CSMA.
How will I be treated?
I am supposed to have shares in two spin-off
companies. You can bet your butt someone will
have more trouble on their hands if I get (more)
the screws put to me on this one.

I received an email from someone who attended the meeting and said Rick Anders post was inaccurate. I requested a statement about the meeting that I could post to the thread. Here it is, verbatim:

David...

I attended the shareholders meeting on Feb. 15 in Salt Lake City and as far as I am aware, it was properly called and lengthy notification given. One family even came from California.

Re. the ERHC stock, H.K. Elrod responded that the ERHC purchase was in
arbitration and the outcome not yet known. The stock itself had been
pledged to certain law firms for legal fees for CSMA, AdHatters, and
EnviroTec bills.

To the question, How much stock has been issued in the last 12 months?
.....those questions would be answered when the audits are completed prior to filing the form 10.

Question, can we see financial statements for last year? Answer, the
financial reports are currently being completed and when finished would be available.

As to the trading of AdHatters and EnviroTech the answer from Elrod was that he had no knowledge of that, he was just a stockholder in those cos.

The last questions re Coconino funds were never asked, Elrod did not swear, nor did he storm out of the meeting. As a matter of fact, he remained after the meeting adjourned to speak privately with individual stockholders who had additional questions.

We all would have liked to have had additional information re Veltex, but that wasn't available.

I just wanted to correct of few misstatements...
...thanks for listening!
