Sam,<he says that 41 million shares that Gordon has
listed is incorrect, 30 million are shares in options at .15 cents to be used to lend the
company money..> read the past filings, he's done this in the past and excersized a boat load of options..Think it was in the 97 10K..DD

Thanks for the info. I don't begrudge the boss his shares, but I like the latter scenario better.
