I agree that things should work out better for GM this year minus the strike. What I was wondering is whether Ford, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota
etc... made excess profits during that period? What I'm getting at is this. Was there a significant net change in auto profits or did it just shift around for a period? Certainly there was probably some amount less, but I wonder how much.
