Here is how I am required to answer that question:

"For accounting purposes, it is anticipated that the nodes aggregate value will be used. Thus, the company will have a value based on, among other things, the perceived value of all nodes. The anticipated offering of stock will be an ordinary offering as is done every day in the United States. Negotiations are underway now regarding this, but as you are probably aware, forward looking statements regarding the value of the stock are both untrustworthy and dangerous."

"Each share of stock will be a share in the company, and the value will rise and fall as the stock market and the investors in the stock buy and sell it in the open market. The administration of the buying and selling of individual nodes, and their individual values, is a separate and distinct area. The Company can make no assurance as to the future value of either an individual node, or the aggregate value of all nodes and the rest of the assets of the Company."
