Sam, I agree there has been some great press releases(no numbers),and the PR firm is curious for sure..But, I will not invest in a company with a floorless placed,especially one that has access to $7.5MM more. And just as problematic are all these options(huge amounts)..it is abuse,IMO pure and simple(and it's been going on for a few years).This isn't the first floorless placement,I count at least 2 others in the past(ongoing legal action on one of them),and note the past reverse split..mark my words,you'll reverse split, or increase the authorized number, the company still needs more capitol as stated in the filing..got to run,later,DD
