Maybe a restatement of past earnings is due? Scary stuff! Maybe we better wait to hear all the dirt before injecting negatives.

Given the timing (end of Q), I'd guess that INPR did not meet revenue projections for the Q. The real question now is what is the next move. One could hope for an acquisition (Larry, are you out there?), or a real visionary coming on board. I'd personally do not see the return of Phillipe Kahn as real good news. Del's job, after all, was to save INPR from the mess Mr. Kahn made. I expect that INPR will have flat sales, and little if any earnings.
