Nice to see the advance/decline rate in player arrests and court appearances improving for America's Team.

**OT**

I did say MINI dynasty because the Bears did have a string of 5 or 6 seasons in row when they won 12 or more games even though they won only 1 super bowl. The Packers, Cowboys and 49ers have had full fledged dynasties by football standards but nothing compared to the Bulls of the 90's, Celtics of the 60's in basketball and the Yankees during several decades in baseball.
