The only problem I can see is that the insiders could flee to Tortola, if they are not there already. Does anyone know if Tortola has an extradition treaty with the US? Since its part of the BVI I would think so, but as FG said, we dont want any unsubstantiated facts here, or else FG may feel I have "defamed" someone or something. So could anyone check on this for me? I would appreciate it. As for the "fleeing", I have checked in the OAG (So you don't get too upset FG, you can check my source) and there is no direct flight from San Diego to Tortola, but you can fly to St. Thomas, and get to Tortola from there. Buyer Beware!
