The trade logs...you know...trade logs... I have a freebie sign up w/mytrack.com. You can go in there and view the list of all trades on most any security, going back up to 5 days. The log lists time, spread, volume and price of execution. From those logs, I usually cobble together a list of how many shares traded below the bid, on the bid, between the spread, on the ask, and above the ask. It gives me a real touchy feely on the day's activity, aside from the impact trading has on the TA.
