If I am reading the 10K right, it appears that TSIG has only used roughly a third of the PP. And, they have until October to use the rest. And, haven't those shares already been absorbed into the float at .25? Why did people sell if TSIG hasn't used much of the PP and is not going to use anymore. Did the poor souls who sold today miss something and panic out? Man, this is a rough one. I have to admit that I am down a bunch, but I think I am glad that I did not sell at a loss. Now, we have floorless convertible experts who only post parts of the 10K and not everything and say how horrible it is. I think everyone needs to read it. It's not that bad. And by the way, if it hadn't been done, you wouldn't be here in TSIG.Com today anyway, because TSIG.com would not exist. Kind of a double edged sword. Damned if they did and we would be damned if they hadn't. With what is about to transpire, and I am not hyping, (I got the opportunity to speak with Golin/Harris yesterday) TSIG.Com is really going to go places. V$gas.Com
