Easter Greetings Al.
Yep, sure is a mess and the fact that it is still going on is a reflection of the credibility of the Canadian securities system.
Nothing smells as bad as these babies.

Don't know about the west coast legal battles of ORI and AKA. I gather they have not settled the meeting deal for last years ORI AGM.
Did the court rule against ORI??? I will be going to Vancouver next weekend and will give Jon a call. No I was not at the BYG AGM. God forbid I should ever sit in a room with them without a purpose...like shooting them or cutting off the family jewels., etc.
Cheers

Hi Brian Boyle here. I'm a reporter with CBC Yukon. I'm looking for some contacts for a story on BYG. Specifically anyone who has taken their concerns about this company's dealings to market regulators or whatever and the reaction from those regulators.

Anyone out there with info on this please drop me a note @

brian_boyle@cbc.ca or ph collect 867-668-8432

thanks
