I don't think Siebel has problems. They have no Y2K bubble issues that affected the back-office vendors like PeopleSoft and SAP. I think business is strong, and Web functionality is built into Siebel Sales.

Off Topic,

Michelle, do you, or anyone else, know about any particular fears with regard to CTXS? I have held for quite awhile, 1+ years, and the stock has really struggled this year. I know about accounting issues, and the past history with msft, but am not familiar enough with their technology to know if fears of a slow down for them are rational or not. I also know that NT's slow roll out hurts. CTXS tends to explode into earnings and then drop. E are on the 19th so I need to make a decision soon if I am going to jump in deeper.

TIA
