Yes, They need a major restructuring.
IMHO, first they should get rid of their CFO guy (who has so many
resposibilities and cannot tell what the quarter will look
10 days ahead of the close).
Next they should retire Eric with honor (this will eliminate unwanted
stupid comments on the Street anal-yist) i.e., allow Bruce to fire and find a replacement for CFO.
I think these two changes will make the street happy.

Is 22 "the bottom"? Not sure yet.

Hitesh: Currently COMS is in a boycott mode by the fund Managers. This resistance may prevail till around 10 April by which time we should see a strong reversal.
