Absolutely. Dollars to donuts we open higher on Monday. The reversal has happened and now we continue to trade higher. Watch out and buy aggresively. Price action does not lie.

GoNorth, It would be a waste to put out a NR today, last trading day of a long weekend

>NTT, if there was a NR planned it would have gone out today

If you have confirmed information about ammendments to the BII Nasdaq filing, please present it. If it's a rumor, please state it as such.

It would be a larger impact if the NR was released on Monday morning, rather than tonight IMHO. In any case, that is irrelevant. The announcement is coming -- and it's coming soon. Everyone knows that. It might not be this coming week, and it might not even be the following week. But it WILL be announced very soon. It's my firm belief that the rush near the end were from those who didn't want to miss out on a possible NR after the long weekend. If not, how else do you explain the sudden surge at the end?

Hi GoNorth. if there was a NR planned it would have gone out today. DOn't hold you breath for something on Monday. There are some delays as a result of 'ammendments' to the BII Nasdaq filing.

As you have stated in a previous post..the merits of a Friday or Monday release is up for debate, which is true. There is also merit in "not" putting out to much good news all at once. The release of the dutch auction patent, was good news, and possibly stemmed the continuing fall of the stock. The TSE 300 & 200 listing, will likely push the stock to its 52 week high over the next 2 weeks. Which, will set it up for the announcment of the NASDAQ listing.

Anyone hoping for a retrace to its triple bottom is plain out of luck from here on in. The demand by Mutual funds that must hold 200 or 300 stocks will tip the supply/demand equation to an imbalance for the next 16 days, while mutuals position themselves in BII.

We could all postulate as to whether the mutuals will "all" buy...but I think realistically, 20% of the mutual funds dealing in the 200 & 300 will, as a minimum. Couple this with the "daytraders" (professional or amateur) that will know this, and you will find a "squeeze of supply" in the next few days. Short covering, will create further demand as the daytraders push the stock higher.

This cycle will likely countinue for the remainder of this month....all the time during which the possible approval for NASDAQ will be looming in the distance. As we approach the end of month, people will have positioned themselves and the only people moving the stock will be the daytraders. To that end, if the daytraders move the stock lower, the mutuals that did not buy during the early part of this month, will fill the demand gap until NASDAQ.

I think Godin is playing this one wonderfully. If he stages the releases at appropriate intervals he will not only get price boosts but stability at the prior price range for resistance and support!

just another dumb theory!
