Sun will not comment on speculation they are interested in INPR. If they were not interested they would say so. Mark, I think you have been mislead into thinking Sun Microsystems is run by a bunch of idiots who are unaware of even the most fundamental rules of business. So, if you want to know whether Sun is thinking of taking over a company you just ask them and if they don't comment you know they are interested? I see, boy, that sure makes it easy for the analysts. Does Sun know that they have an external security hole like that? I better call 'em since I've got a fair chunk of change in that stock and I don't want them to be "tricked" into revealing their acquisition strategy in the future.

He may have been better suited for a guidance position to a more people oriented CEO. It is amplified by the fact that Kathy left in the same manner and time. She knew how extreme the dissension was so could not stay on to face the music without Del at the top. I agree that if Gilpin is right *"Gilpin said Yocam had the company headed in the right direction."* then an IBM or CA or IONA or MSFT or SUNW can put together what Del could not, the tools and enterprise to have one kick ass product. May be even the current staff can steer the products in the right direction but they would still have all those competitive's out there. A merger with a powerhouse would work and may be the wisest solution? TTOSBT
