Frank Cappiello is a very well-known money manager who is a frequent guest on CNN Moneyline and part of the rotating panel on Louis Rukeysers' Wall Street Week every Friday on PBS. Frank C. also fills in as guest host on WSW when Louis R. is on vacation.

Warren Buffet's name is on page 10 Exhibit B. It appears as though McCullough, Andrews and Cappiello are money managers for Warren Buffet ,purchasing the shares of Metricom. If you go to Edgar Online. > Click on...Edgar Online People > Then type in Warren Buffet's Name > Next click on insider trades(13G) You will then see a list from A-Z of Warren Buffet's 13G filings. When you find Metricom's filing, you will then notice the line above with McCullough, Andrews and Cappiello.
