Well, I hadn't joined VUSA before putting in my indication. Although Etrade hasn't updated their page if you come in thru ValueAmerica (still says they will collect indications of interest in early April).

It is a good place to go to though if you want to view the eligibility profile form, cause you can still view a sample form.
