Fitz, it is scary stuff, you can't believe everything you read. The question about OPEC cheating was related to previously announced cuts, not the new ones. It was announced today that OPEC was up to 70 something percent of their previously targeted cuts. It led to concern that if they were not in full compliance on previous cuts how can they comply with the new ones reached a couple weeks ago.

Wow, the power of the internet. Maybe they should issue a license to operate.
