I also thought about selling because of the ships, but war games in the Baltic Sea means more need for collecting the taxes. HGRM is a now a strategic imperative, as well as a fiscal imperative to satisfy IMF.

I think HGRM is safe during the Serb crisis. If Russia is going to do anything, they will end up losing their IMF funding and will need tax dollars more than ever.

Of course, that might put us in a very large war, in which case we probably won't care much about HGRM.
