Looking at MKTW, I don't see anything similar

Check out this link;

chart.yahoo.com

DBCC filed S-1 on Nov. 13 and filed S-1a on Dec. 28th.

Around Dec. 13th, 30 days after S-1 was filed, volume was very low, there was no real gap either direction. A small sell-off a couple days later, but nothing major and on very low volume. Then look at the gap up around 12/28 when they filed the S1-a.

You may have "predicted it", but I think it's more likely that this run-up was due to the YHOO-BCST deal then to some 30-day time period.

Question, is the ownership stake by Navarre in NetRadio 85% or 77%? When I checked with the company, they said 85%, but I have seen some posts referring to 77%. VVTV owns the other 15%? Any help would be appreciated.

I saw the last after-hours trade go through at $15 1/2. Typical holiday weekend sell-off. But, nice gain for the day! Remember what happen on the last holiday weekend that effected NAVR? Thanksgiving weekend. Closed Friday at $12 3/16th and opened on Monday at $27.

I don't expect this, but as we progress through the month of April, we will go up higher and dip down. But, each time the base support level gets higher and higher.
