HJ... you're right. What I meant to say was, "We will get drunk and then it gets better" - whatever happens in the mkt, I am sure that statement is true.

And your modest three bedroom home on 1/4 acre will now be 1.5 million dollars. Oops, that last one has already happened in Seattle and Silicon Valley. The two areas with the largest concentration of stock option millionaires in the world. Coincidence? It's called inflation. Whether it's through federal intervention through currency markets, or insanity in the equities markets. It all eventually has the same impact.
