AH.........

I have always suspected that shorting was why the stock price didn't move with good news (of which there has been plenty). With holders of the PP, there is a clear incentive to keep the price low.

As you pointed out the buy-out clause contains language which
gives the holder notice that he/she may convert prior to the buy back. This, as you also noticed, is self defeating.

Question then, if the company doesn't use the full amount of
the PP doesn't it still have to buy out the investors of their
interests?

Seems like the only way to effectively counteract a short position is
for there to be real interest from the quote-unquote big boys and
not from the likes of retail investors who participate on these
threads. Attracting interest to this stock is difficult because of
the transitory nature of the company and the price and location of the stock. Demand seems about the only thing that will create a short squeeze. However, counting on this happening depends really on
all of the supposed (whispered about) events coming to fruition and
recognition of the rewards of what is generally an untested and
unrecognized marketing strategy possibly prior to seeing an earnings
release.

Consequently getting TSIG's story out is key.

I spoke with Golin/Harris today and Shaun (the spokesperson) said
they already had a team of 5- 6 people working on the promoting TSIG.
Teams are headed by a person or two with 10 to 20 years experience.

Their immediate strategy is to get TSIG into different forms of media
to tell TSIG's story. They are using their many contacts that they
have established through the years and will not do "advertising" but
will be getting third party reporting analysis. The schedule for this media
strategy is involving.

This strategy is a concerted effort to raise TSIG recognition
in the general community and then will be succeeded with an effort
in the financial community.

Golin/Harris felt also agreed with me that "the story" also has to
be clearly defined because TSIG competes in multiple Internet sectors
and isn't simply an e-commerce site or content developer.

Being able to succinctly state exactly what TSIG does is also very
important.......

I thought the 10k contained language that was very good.

Also the 10k contained "good" news regarding the reduction of debt.

Now that the PP has been exposed with all its gory details....
It is paramount for TSIG to start announcing all the "deals" to give
Golin/Harris more to publicize and more of a story to tell.
