According to the New OTCBB SEC regs;
"In January 1999, the SEC approved a new NASD rule allowing the NASD to require that all OTCBB companies file updated financial reports with the SEC or with their banking or insurance regulators. For those companies that were on the OTCBB as of January 4, 1999, the new rule will be phased in over a twelve-month period beginning in July 1999. By June 2000, the new rule will apply to all companies on the OTCBB."

The phase in will be alphabetically, since XNET starts in X, they won't have to be in full compliance until June of 2000. Ernest Cheung,MBA is one of the company directors & I have talked to him several times. (Most recently this morning, see my post #653) He assured me they plan on becoming fully reporting well before this, & hence the company (English) Web Site for communication purposes to their English speaking investors; xinnet.net , under construction and due up very soon. There ISP web site in China (Beijing) is chnmail.com , but you need to read Chinese for that one.
