Out of ROWE today with 10 points. Had I been graceful in my trading it would have been 14!

As predicted, today, the first trading day after the IPO quiet period, Oppenheimer, JP Morgan and Volpe all initiated coverage of ROWE with a buy causing ROWE to hit 53.

I am in FLAS at 44. The quiet period ends April 9th, Friday. If this pattern continues we should see positive coverage by the underwriters appear on Friday a.m. and I will plan to exit late Friday a.m.

The next two IPO's approaching the end of the 25 day quiet period are MLTX and CTIX. I an in CTIX at 30 7/8 and will attempt an entry in MLTX in the high 40's. MLTX may not have the legs of the others, due to the MLTX, AOL announcement last week. The run-up could be factored in or it may retreat some and run again. I'm undecided as to how it will behave...but that is one of the aspects of this IPO/end of quiet period theory that I'm trying to understand.

MLTX quiet period expires 04/10 and CTIX on 04/12.

To recap: This trading has delivered 10 points on NESY and 10 points on ROWE and 1+ on GBL.
