As usual, I think Apple will see a significant earnings run up, possibly up to 50 if all goes well. However, I'm sure it will settle back down to low 40s afterward. I am partially basing this on AAPL's recent tendencies to set higher highs after they beat their quarters.

I am hopeful that this next quarter will plant Apple firmly in the 40s. From a valuation standpoint, it easily deserves it.

P1 excitement may start factoring into next quarter, and certainly Q4. Wildcards include: 6/1 call-date on the convertible bonds, status of Mac OS X at WWDC, new iMacs, PowerBooks in Q3.

I think AAPL in the low 30s was a gift we may not see again, unless the market gives out.

That sounds great! However, I sure wish that the iMac in any color would start appearing at the Best Buy stores around the Washington D.C. area. We have them in the CompUSA store at Tysons Corner and are selling very well.

Has there been a problem between Best Buy /AAPL? In my discussion w/ the people at the Best Buy in FairOaks, they say that many many people are inquiring about the Apple iMac.In this regard, Best Buy management says that they expect to have them in stock by mid April.

I sure hope so!
