Your quotes did not give the additional great effect that Glaser's satisfied smirk that he wroe thorughout the air time which seemed to state:

"Yeah, we know we are kicking butt. And why would I sell out to someone else when I am going to build a $50-100B company just like AOL and YHOO."

If they announce the split prior to earnings, watch out. Perhaps it ran at the end of the day anticipating the announcement before the open on Monday.
