So "floorless" is good/bad, depending on the 5-day price. If management thinks the price will be substantially higher than when the PP was signed, good for the shareholders. If not much movement, good for the lenders.

Obviously, the lenders would like a lower price come October. Question: Who knows what about Grady-Hatch (lenders, yes?). Scoundrels or not.
