Kevin,

An investor of your caliber surely knows that IPO shares are not marginable, hence no IPO can be shorted.
Tell that to the unterwriters. I didn't mean to short the shares immediately after the IPO, you would want to allow the price to soar for a while, by which time the stock would be marginable. You could then lock in profits in the nodes by shorting the stock. This is academic since you say that there is no IPO, although I could have sworn someone said something about going public earlier.

Will it be possible to short the nodes?

What has been announced is a potential offering which any interested party may learn more about by contacting the Company.

Please get someone to check your e-mail. I sent in a request from your web page earlier today, and still have not received a response from your company.

Regards,
John Sladek
