CPU also performs warranty work for IBM. I'am sure there are others as well. I Purchased an Aptiva from CompUSA and IBM asked me to bring it to CompUSA for repairs. Does Best Buy have this option?

CPU has all the parts Direct PC, Online Store, Catalog, Bricks and Mortar, Technical Support and Repair for Major PC makers, Corporate training. They only thing they don't have is management and customer service. Oh yeah, they lost the recovery disk for my Aptiva, then didn't order me one for weeks.

Tell me what you think of this Idea.....CompUSA could tie their build to order to the bricks and mortar stores. For example you would configure the PC you would like at the Compusa web site...The option of picking it up at a local store would be provided. An hour and a half later you drive to your local CompUSA store and pick it up. Let DELL compete with that!!!! They should also give their PC's a name....CompUSA pc sucks.. IBM doesn't call their PC's IBM's..... They should research a good consumer name.
