The Stock Fairy.. re yhoo. yes your caution is worth taking..
looking at the NON PRO FORMA statement yesterday I can see millions
of intangibles costs to be applied in 2nd and3rd Q. ...example
thetrue value of those yesterdays earnings were .07/sh when the
intangible costs are applied.. equally with the 5.7 bil for BCST
how much more millions will have to be charged off?? in the
future. Also please note YHOO did NOT make more net income but
actully less.. $ 2.089 less vs lst Q of l998. It amazing how
SEC allows public to be blindfolded by the PRO-FORMA figures.
