Floyd, re: CYOE When you get a breather, it might be worth creating a new thread, "Expose - Unveiling of a Scam", where you extract all the postings from Anthony's thread which show the process of discovery. It would be a real educational thread for many. That way, we all could see the progression of discovery in one place.

Floyd, I tied them together through insider trading registrations. Richard is also an insider of TSIG. In addition Eugene is also involved with two other public companies Eagle Financial and Integramed Amer Inc. the placement agent for the convertible was Grady & Hatch and Co. Was this also the placement agent maybe for CYOE if they also did a convert? Now that I have tied them together for you, I will leave it up to you to tie it to CYOE.
