Fixer,

Having a chance to read the Aber release and digest
it......not one mention of any clause in the
agreement(not good for Aber); they mentioned the
$50 million offer....that was IMO, just a weakly
veiled attempt to limit the upside liability in any future
class action shareholder suite brought against Aber's
board of director's and management for breach of
fiduciary duty and responsibility to shareholders.....
the limit of their liability insurance probably won't
come close to what the lost 16% in Snap Lake might
really be worth.......from my past experience in the
mineral exploration industry and the oil patch....if you
miss a deadline to put up funds as called for in an
agreement....you are "toast"...no exceptions...there is
recent case law dealing with this going back at least
40 years..."talk is cheap-it takes money to buy
whiskey" and Aber didn't send over a
cheque.........we all have to remember that Aber is
paying their lawyer to holler as loud as he can....but I
believe it will be to no avail...... regards, teevee
