News on NASDAQ could come at any time. The pull had a lot to do with the fact that most of the smart brokerages were buying earlier today (and yesterday) when most of the buyers were elsewhere, not focused on BII. So, when the surge came at the end, the smart brokerages were selling for profits and pulling the price up since they knew that people would pay a premium to be in over the weekend. Just a guess.
