IMHO, when you hire somebody to become an integral part of your company, there is a certain amount of trust placed with that person with respect to their ability to do the job. Scott hung Gruder out to dry "Shouldn't there be a law against this kind of behavior?" I think so.....But we shareholder's will most likely pay the price, remember BG is the largest. Everybody is jumping all over Gruder and yes, he is ultimately responsible for all members of his team. Another hurdle to jump, that's all. So now I'll take a little glue and put together a new view..... I remain, UPBEAT
