Of course Cabi of CSFirstBoston takes the comparison prize. After the agreement between the Q and Ericy he rated Ericsson a "strong buy" and the Q a "buy" with minimal growth projected in earnings and/or price. Chaz

I know that all the readers of this thread who've been around more than a month understand how valuable Gregg Powers insight has been in the past. I myself have made reference in the last few days to the fact that my switch from Ericsson to Qualcomm came in large part to reading his posts during the whole of '98. But at the risk of embarrassing him by laying the mantle of prescience on him, I wanted to point out the posts he made during just the first few months of the year, and how clairvoyant they seem to be.

Read the following messages, especially with regard to what we now know was going on behind the scenes, and his interpretation of the tea leaves. In light of what we know now, and the performance of the stock in '99, I'd urge newbies to listen to anything Gregg might post in the future.
