securit re: the questions you posed to Ellen, I think (I hope) that the 10Q for the first quarter will provide some of the answers, but as Ditch pointed out the dilution won't be known until we are told how much money the corporation receives. Once we know those numbers we can back engineer them plugging in the fees et al to determine how many debentures were sold. Then when we see the indebtedness go down on the balance sheet we can "guess" how many dollars of debentures were converted.
