JC,I notice the non-affiliate holdings also..So what this is saying is 76,078,966-61,971,683=14,107,283 are held by affiliates(insiders)..I went through this on another thread at one point,it gets confusing..

Those numbers I posted are on Pg 17 of the 10KSB.
Item 11. Security ownership of Certain Beneficial Owners and Management.

If I read it incorrectly, then I stand corrected. These documents are not an easy ride; there are so many places to cross check. If I missed one set me straight.
